Supervisory Board and committees

The Supervisory Board oversees and advises the managing board in its management of the company’s business. At regular intervals, the Supervisory Board discusses business development, planning, strategy (including sustainability strategy) and strategy implementation.

The Supervisory Board of Siemens AG has 20 members. As stipulated by the German Co-determination Act, half of its members represent company shareholders, and half represent company employees.
